Privacy Policy

Markets (“the app”) is a read-only information product published by TFQ Apps. It is not a Designated Contract Market, not a broker, and not a gambling operator.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes data processed when you use the iOS app. We do not create user accounts.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not require a name, email, phone number, government ID, payment card, or brokerage login. We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across apps, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Data stored only on your device

If you use Watch or Notes, those lists are saved in on-device storage (this app has no backend). You can delete that data in More → Clear local data, or by deleting the app.

4. Network requests

After you confirm you are 18+ and accept these terms, the app requests publicly available market metadata from third-party hosts. Those hosts may receive standard technical data such as IP address, time, and user-agent, under their own policies.

5. Sharing

We do not share on-device notes or watch lists with anyone. If you use the system Share sheet, you choose the destination.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 18 (COPPA; App Store Guidelines 1.3 and 5.1.4).

7. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear it or delete the app. Because we do not operate accounts or a server profile, there is no cloud copy for us to delete. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
